What are the winding methods of brushless stator winding machine

Brushless motors are commonly used in the motor and water pump industries. Different water pump motors have different stator designs and winding methods. So, what are the main winding methods for brushless stator winding machines for water pumps? Shi Meng Guang will solve it for you!

There are two common winding methods for brushless motors of water pumps based on the direction of the stator slot: flying fork outer winding machine and needle inner winding machine, corresponding to automatic flying fork winding machine and automatic needle inner winding machine, respectively.

1. Brushless motors for small water pumps such as water purifiers and fish tank oxygen pumps generally have small outer diameters and relatively thin wire diameters. The stator slots are mostly inward, and needle type internal winding machines are commonly used to solve the winding problem. Considering that winding is more economical and fast, four or six station high-speed winding machines are commonly used to produce four or one stator product at a time, greatly improving efficiency. It should be noted that due to its fast speed, it is necessary to debug it well and control the speed reasonably.

2. Some car water pump motors have stator slots that are mostly outward facing, and commonly use a flying fork external winding machine to complete the winding work. Due to the thicker diameter of the enameled wire, some even exceed 2mm, specialized external winding equipment is required, and some non-standard equipment is also needed, which requires relatively high requirements.

3. There are also some conventional water pump motors that can be wound using ordinary equipment. Depending on the product, the flying fork and needle winding methods can be selected.

The above is the winding method of the brushless stator winding machine for water pumps. Depending on the winding method, selecting a reasonable winding machine equipment is necessary to achieve twice the result with half the effort in production.
